Started drinking this on its own to understand how it tastes and makes me feel, To be honest have tasted a more flavourful protein drink than this, however those others are full of sugar and sweeteners, plus Chief’s Collagen powder makes me NOT crave bad food. Then I decided to make a smoothie with this as well OMG sooooo worth trying. Today’s smoothie is grapes, Blueberries and banana with 2x heaped tablespoons of Chobani greek yogurt about 100-150ml cold water and Chiefs Creamy Vanilla Collagen powder mixed into the blender and go! Mmm sooo yum and makes me feel alive drinking it.
