I thought I would try this product as I had not been sleeping so well ... a very well established habit of 9pm coffee probably didn't help.
I replaced the evening coffee with 'Hot Chocolate' and soon noticed my sleeping definitely improved. It has been on a 6 week trip to Japan and helped with futon sleeping and crunchy rice pillows. I also like it iced with just a snippet, or two, of ice-cream for our hot summer nights. It doesn't completely dissolve in cold water but coats the icecream with deliciousness.
